I work with adults who are able to independently enter the agreement we reach for our work together, seeing individuals and up to 3 people in relationship focused sessions.

I see people for brief periods, including single-session or one-at-a-time work, and mid-  to long-term therapeutic work. My work with my clients is always collaborative. This means we first agree on a structure that suits the initial goals of the therapeutic engagement and the practicalities of working together, and occasionally assess how adequate the process is.

As part of my commitment to you and our work together, I have regular supervision and attend continuing professional development events.

I am recognised to provide psychotherapy with some health insurance companies. Do let me know if that applies to you, as the fee structure will differ.
